The Saint Paul Safe Space Lab Schedule
Opening Quarter • October 24 - January 6

Monday - closed

Tuesday - Safety by Design (Housing and Design)
Students will demonstrate the understanding of building interiors in relation to the elements and principles of design. Through various projects, students will design the SAFE SPACE LAB. Students will also examine the need for housing and design throughout the life cycle. This course requires students to use a variety of resources and media to increase their understanding of building and interior design. (.25 credit) Instructor: Jeremy Pagel

Wednesday - Human Relationships
Classes address the following issues: self-esteem, emotional intelligence, societal values regarding human relationships, decision making, reproductive anatomy and physiology, understanding and handling feelings of attraction, sexual orientation, intimacy, gender roles, pregnancy and unplanned pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections, sexual abuse, assault and personal protection. (.25 credit) Instructor: Christy McCoy

Thursday - Open Space Technology
Three rooms will be available to create your own workshop. Sign up begins on November 3. Facilitator, Nate Gottfried

Friday - An Evening Out
This weekly event continues.
